You can enjoy the view from the heated outdoor pool surrounded by big lawn. From there, you go over the large terrace to the living room on the top floor. The modern design of the living room is nicely connected to the fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor, sleeping is offered by two rooms with double beds and one with two single beds, which can be combined into a double if necessary. In addition to the rooms, there is a bathroom with a bathtub.

Going down the stairs, you will discover the lower rooms, where you will find a room with an IR sauna and a large shower for complete relaxation, and a billiards room for entertainment. There is also a toilet room. On this floor you will certainly be most enchanted by the wine cellar, from which we also offer you the opportunity to buy wine bottles. As part of the lower rooms, there is also a garage, which offers space for two cars and thus the complete discretion of visitors. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
